What's new since I last updated...
Well, it's summer. It's been quite hot. There's been many thunderstorms! I enjoy those so much.
Website is updated! It's lookin' good. Need to update some of the art galleries, but I think it showcases the work fairly well. I also have a shop on etsy now, nothing too fancy, just a spot to try to sell my older note ( Read more... ) -
Aftermath
The show was awesome. Such a great day. Visits from old friends, made some new friends, networked, scored awesome art and comics, and had lovely Thai dinner afterward. Greetings from the Great White North
Snowshoeing is the best. This is great trompin' snow. Need to do it more. Took my time getting up the Retreat Trails, mostly due to severe lack-of-staying-in-shape. Too much lamesauce on the chicken nuggets, I'm afraid. Love the swimming, but not financially. Hopefully some fun-bucks will come my way soon. Well, it's been an interesting summer. I left the VT newspaper for another Vermont publication, only to head right back again. It was an interesting experience, one I probably won't repeat anytime soon. But it's good to have the steady job again. This has renewed me in a way. New job, new hours, new things to learn. It's going to be a busy summer. I wasn't sure if this was the best plan, since it all happened so fast and this is not the best time to gamble with the job scene, but it seems to be working ok so far. I'm a complete klutz with paginating, but I think I'll eventually get the hang of it.
