Any recommendations for a Primary Care Physician? Especially someone gay-friendly?

I found out last night (as feared) that I can't get on my fiance's insurance until we're married. I am on two medications that I am running low on, and need to get in to see a doctor. My DH was badly injured in a car accident many years ago. He spent a few weeks in UW Hospital then and since then he's rarely gone to see a doctor for anything. After 15 years of various blunders, I am thinking of switching from Dean to GHC during the upcoming open enrollment period.
