I just watched "Hide", the latest Doctor Who episode. Not only did I really enjoy it, but I wish there was more new stuff to watch! For someone who's been pretty "meh" about the show for quite some time (the show, mind you, not Matt Smith), this is a really nice feeling. I kind of hate you, USA network. I'm more than miffed that you're canceling In Plain Sight after next season, but it would be easier to get over it if you were giving it more than eight freakin' episodes in which to wrap everything up!

Grrr.

So, I finished Sports Night, as anyone who's seen it will recognize from this entry title. It was rather meta to be watching the last few episodes, where everyone is worrying about the channel being sold and the show going under, while knowing that Sports Night (on ABC) was, y'know, about to be canceled. Gosh dang it, it's really compelling. Frightfully cheesy, of course, but: story arcs that have clearly been plotted out beforehand. Characters you really care about. And a rather epic ship.

So yeah. I'd have to say, now that I'm a few episodes in to the fourth season, I really like it. Thanks, Netflix instant streaming!
