spring flowers for all~

Today was muggy and hot, like summer. It was awesome!! I went out and pulled up some of the weeds and ivy growing all over, and I quite enjoyed it. Hopefully I can keep enjoying it long enough to get all or most of the weeds out! But it is quite satisfying to do all this for my very own (rented) yard. I want to get vegetable seeds planted by

Those tulips do look like birds of paradise! Oh, that makes me want to go to the Tiki Room. Very pretty flowers!

Ooh, what's the Tiki Room? From Disneyland? Glad you like the pics :)

Yup! It's a room full of birds that sing, and then the flowers join them. They have bird of paradise birds and bird of paradise flowers, but the bird of paradise flowers are our favorites because they're the male chorus singing Hawaiian chants.
