First of all, we need to consider our allies beyond the Royal Base. The digimon of Witchelny, Dukemon, and MarineAngemon in Tetha... two agents have reported that he's willing to work with us.

Do not forget we also have the Dai Gurren-Dan. I'm more than certain Zero and Bakunetsumaru would be more than willing to aid us if I called on them at least.

Also true. Simon's group could help us with attacking from the air as well.

About when should I give the warning to my friends who live in Tetha/currently reside in Tetha?

And I'm okay with air combat, but certainly not experienced in it.

Unfortunately, I'm going to need more than just 'okay for what I'm thinking, and I don't have the time to even give a crash course on proper tactics in the air.

However, to be completely honest, you need to do more than that, Hoshi.

You do not need to be IN Tetha at the moment. Nor does ANY DATS agent. Royal Base and Neon City HQ both have some level of defenses...

In Tetha, you're practically a prisoner of war waiting to happen.

Mm, all right. I'm going to do what is the best option available to us at the moment to try to help my friends out.

In the meantime, I could try to train or get someone to tear me aerial combat who doesn't mind a crash course. I know you have a lot to deal with, ma'am.

No one really should be in Tetha. If you can get them somewhere safely, then it should be done. But as I was telling Sasami, any mass evacuation is going to warrant unwanted attention upon yourselves, too.

And yes, we certainly COULD, but everyone is going to have to play to their greatest strengths.

I should warn those within the Hinata Inn and the Silver Dragon about what's going on.

As well, I do have the Guardians ready if you need them.

Under normal circumstances I'd warn against making yourself a target, Sasami. But then, you're already a target... even before most of us...

Which is... one thing that I'm afraid of.

We can't worry about tipping Ravemon off to our knowledge, now. We're already well too far beyond that.

I'm not sure ANY of us need to be there.

If that's the case, then we may have to evacuate the Inns.

Xellos and Bowser kicked us out nearly a year ago. It wouldn't be a surprise if they turned around and turned into a crater.

... Commander Takamichi.

I am not directly an aerial combatant, but I do not think I need to explain why I am well suited to anti-air techniques.

Further... If open battle is our concern, I will be able to operate at my fullest power. That sort of warfare is what Ironheade developed itself for - and thus what I've been trained for.

This said... I await your orders. If the threat to DATS has become immediate in nature... Then I am ready to fight back, in whatever form that may take.

I'll have to pull up your files from enrollment to DATS for reference, but that could be VERY helpful!

I'm not going to pretend to have all the information, or have an understanding of the politics of this situation, but couldn't we perform some hit and run operations on some of the resources Ravemon is trying to build up?

If we can strike at key vulnerabilities like fuel refineries, and potential supply lines we could reek havoc on Ravemon's infrastructure. If you starve the the enemy of the resources they need before fighting them, you face a significantly weaker enemy on the battlefield when the time comes.

Other then that, Miria is standing by, and waiting for orders.

Not an invalid strategy. MarineAngemon may be able to help us do that.

That's true.

Still, there's also the chance that any further act of outright aggression will tip the scales into a full fledged war before we want it to.

Well that is a reasonable concern. However, if we can find and hit a critical weakness in Ravemon's infrastructure, even if he wanted to, he could not strike back at full power as he would like. Technically everything in war is a gamble, and we can only try to minimize the odds of failure.

There is nothing to say Ravemon will escalate to open warfare. There is also nothing to say he won't. It is all dependent on how ready he feels his own forces are, and his estimation of our own. Now at first he may think we're not going to be able to put up a proper defense. However, giving his infrastructure a quick boot to the ball may force him to reevaluate his position, or he could throw his then crippled force at us.

If we wait, there is a good chance of forming a coalition to fight, provided Ravemon isn't ready to strike already. If we strike against his resources though, he may hold back. Even if he doesn't though, we will be fighting a weaker force that we might be able to fend off while gathering support.
