Heard back from Colorado today. Didn't get the job.

Coming across an interesting problem in my Nano prep. I'm having the weirdest aversion to crafting a synopsis of Gathering Storm. I have only written a synopsis of what I want to happen for Marking Time. Everything else has been a 'seat of my pants' type thing.

I'm still trying to write a synopsis. But it always comes out sounding like cover copy.

Maybe not, but it'd be nice to have something for the Nano forums to critique before Nano starts.

GS is new. It's this year's Nano. Brand new baby and all that. Better than calling it That Baby Eater Thing

I just want something to sum up the plot for my Nano profile, and to keep myself focused on where the hell the story needs to end up.

Maybe what I want is cover copy.
