Heard back from Colorado today. Didn't get the job.
Coming across an interesting problem in my Nano prep. I'm having the weirdest aversion to crafting a synopsis of Gathering Storm. It's like... right now Gathering Storm is this vague nebula of potential creativity (despite all the questionnaire answering/world-building/plotting I've been doing), and somehow writing a synopsis of what the novel is really about is going to staunch that creativity, that it's going to solidify it and as soon as I articulate what it's about it's going to stop being interesting or something.
This is stupid. Can't let the potential of a million unwritten dreams get in the way of one written one.
