You might want to try Fred Rayner at Applied Biomechanics. He does amazing work with braces (premade or custom). He has gone to bat with the insurance company several times.
When my hands are very sore a parafin bath is to die for! I believe that Norfolk carries them.
Having seen the difference that it has made for boozymatic, my advice is to most definitely get good-quality, properly fitting braces for your wrists to wear at night. Get them first, find out about coverage later.

There's no question that those who decided upon that ust be Christians, but what I find refreshing about it is the humility. You're right, those who don't recognize Lent will only get a free lunch and fellowship out of it, but it's better that way. The politicization of Merry Christmas vs. Happy Holidays irks me.

The biggest problem with a Tuesday pancake lunch, for me, is that I'll feel less enthused about Tuesday's pancake dinner. Less enthused, and certainly less nourished than if I could counter the pancakes and bacon with a big ol' salad...
Braces will help. So would not playing solitaire on the computer for hours on end, y'know? *isadork*
