That's an oddly worded question. Do they mean, how long have you lived in a particular place? The last place I was there over 20 years.
Do they mean how long have you been inside without going out? I can hole up until I run out of milk for my coffe, or coffee or cat food or cat litter. Days.

Don Everly died recently. I’ve always been a fan of their harmonies. When oldie stations play them, they always play the 60s stuff which is good but they never play their wonderful album made in the 80s. Here’s one of my favorite cuts (but I like them all).

I just read Bettyville by George Hodgmen, nonfiction. The author moved back to Missouri to take care of his mother who is in her 90s. He’s gay but it was something that was never discussed in the family. His mother is fiercely independent and fighting to keep control of her life; he is dealing with some obvious failings in her health ( Read more... ) -
