It’s annoying when rainy season is over. Because when rainy season is over everyone (not me) gets obsessed with either cutting the grass or moving the leaves. Whatever befits the season. Both are loud exercises, either done early in the morning or all day long

To me, both grass cutting and leaf raking should be almost silent. I have a hand mower that I push. It only gets used a few times a year because I refuse to mow the grass in early spring. I want the insects to have protected spaces. Same with leaves. I pick some up by hand once winter is well and truly over. I own a rake but don’t use it in the fall.
