the sonoma diet is a diet based on the Mediterranean diet... but slightly more american. it is about lean meats, good high fiber, low GI carbs, etc.... it requires cooking and prep time but the food is high quality and satisfying. it even helps you pair wine! i just have no motivation to do anything of worth right now... i was going to join online but was hoping someone where on LJ would "cattle prod" me!! LOL

that is also why i was considering the bootcamp work out gym. i kinda need a US Marine in my face yelling at me.... as embarrassing as i think that would be at first, it might just be the only thing that gets me off of my ass.

i am in a mixed state place now and have just enough energy to want more but too little energy to make it happen.

hopefully it won't last long and i can start on my plans!

xoxo

Personally I have found spetnaz, or old style soviet commissars more intimidating than marines, perhaps you could hire one from the former USSR?

I think I need boot camp too. The cattle prod is a good idea, cheaper than those electrical muscle toners, and more fun to weild!

I knew a lot of the stuff in there but for me it's more to have as motivation. There may be some new stuff for you but it's hard to tell - there is a lot of information though.

also - there is an eating disorder called orthorexic where you control everything you put into your mouth, but not necessarily in a low calorie way, just an ocd way

I've heard you say you think you have an eating disorder, I don't know if this is closer to what you may have
