Gundam Wing Comic

For the past few days I have been working diligently on a "secret project". To be more specific, I've been drawing a Gundam Wing comic of scribbly proportions. It's gratuitous fantasy AU, which happens to be my novel-reading-genre of choice. I've had some other story ideas bouncing around for a while, but this one came as a spur-of-the-moment after

wow, that looks really great. :>

umm. I guess the only crit I have is maybe at the end, the appearance of the corpse is too limited. Like the last line is great, but I think more could be done to play up the relevance of the line.

Ah! You're right! Thank you for pointing that out! After I finished that page, I was thinking the corpse didn't get enough panel-time, but dismissed it out of lazyness. haha But since it is a noticeable kink in the flow, I'll probably go and re-work. Thank you!

FANTASTIC! I love your Duo so much! This looks terrific - Duo's face is so expressive, you've made very good use of space and panels, and the action is very well drawn. Please keep it coming, I can't wait to see Heero! :D

Thank you! Since Duo is my favourite character, I'd be lying if I said that he totally didn't get any special treatment in terms of detail and expression... haha >.> Hilariously enough, I always have the most trouble drawing Duo... Heero is much easier in terms of "pretyness" and facial expression (or lack thereof).

i think the panel layout is very good. it leads the eye easily to the next panel and there isn't any confusion there, in my opinion :)
I think Duo is really in character and i love that it's fantasy :D (that's my fav. genre, too! :DD)
i just want more!! it's definitely hard to keep going (i never finish anything) but if you could that would be spectacular because i already love this and I can't wait to see what happens!

In my books, a Duo kicking ass is a Duo I like to draw. So I'm glad you think he's in character. ;D And hey! Fantasy setting = cheap ass trees for background and swords and magic! What's not to love? ;D And let's not forget flappy cloaks... mmm cloaks.
At this point, with all these happy comments saying they wouldn't mind seeing more, I can't say I lack motivation... Though the next set of pages will all be battle, which is a pain in the ass to draw. A fun pain in the ass, but still a pain. We'll see how I hold up. ^^; Though I'll try my best!
