[Derek decides the sooner he does this, the better. So it's not very long after it's time to find John that he makes his way into the tunnels. He's careful, and suspicious; under ground is not the hunter's favorite place to be.

He'll knock quietly on the door frame of the room once he finds it, waiting to be asked in.]

[Sup, Derek. John doesn't react to the knocking for a moment, hands moving erratically, looking like he's quite lost in thought. Finally he lets his hands drop, glancing over.]

...What role are you taking?

Infiltration.

...Hm, very well. [John shifts a lever and the chair lifts back into position. He gestures at a backless chair nearby, hands folding neatly together.] I'll need access to your barcode.

[Kouki is making his way over to see this John person. He doesn't want to be a burden for the infiltrators during the breakout.

His COMP is with him, to have something to defend himself with just in case on the trip to and back.

Eventually, Kouki would arrive at the tunnel.]

[John won't be looking up or indeed even reacting much unless outright called for, but the tunnel itself has decent direction to guide Kouki to the right area; there's a light shining into the hall from John's room, the scent of strong tea wafting through the dank underground air.]

[He walks through along the tunnels, noting the smell of tea as he went closer towards what he assume to be John's room.

Kouki knocks and enters, looking over at him.]

Excuse me. I'm Kouki, one of the people who'll be kidnapped soon.

[Ahh, one of those. John glances over, straightening his chair, and points to a free backless chair beside him.]

Sit down. I need to see your barcode.

[She comes as Mercury; that's better for preparing for battle, especially if this is supposed to tamper with their powers. So Mercury approaches carefully, and her eyes are soon drawn to the computers. A moment later, she realizes this is rude, and gives her full attention to John]

Excuse me. I'm Mercury; are you the one we're supposed to meet?

(ooc: computer genius here, so probably best in the group related to that)

[It's alright, he'd been ignoring her the whole time anyway. When she speaks, he looks over, letting his hands fall and straightening up.]

I am. What group?

[That... is totally not what he meant, but it's easy enough to decipher. Infiltration, then. He gestures to the backless chair nearby.] Sit down and bare your neck. I need to see it.

[John continues working for a little while, looking like he's working on something very important, despite the fact that he's just gesturing at empty air. Finally he glances over, brows lowered. Just what are you staring at?]

[ISN'T IT A FABULOUS COLOUR He nods.] I am. What group are you with?

Working hard, or hardly working?

[Brash, brusque, so very Buffyesque. She comes upon him with a small jitter in her body language. The girl is vaguely nervous. It isn't fear, just a certain amount of discomfort with the unexpected]

[John doesn't pay her any attention at first, too busy making a gesture that would put shadow puppets to shame. After a moment he lowers his hands, turning away to scribble down a note on a piece of paper.]

Right. [She...doesn't. The question had been asked thusly only to quell her own nerves, anyway. Buffy loosely crosses her arms. A typical habit.]

Uhm, I'm here to get all glammed up. Got something in a nice shade of infiltrator?

[John sizes her up, then nods, gesturing at the chair.] The barcode first. Sit down.
