[She comes as Mercury; that's better for preparing for battle, especially if this is supposed to tamper with their powers. So Mercury approaches carefully, and her eyes are soon drawn to the computers. A moment later, she realizes this is rude, and gives her full attention to John]

Excuse me. I'm Mercury; are you the one we're supposed to meet?

(ooc: computer genius here, so probably best in the group related to that)

[It's alright, he'd been ignoring her the whole time anyway. When she speaks, he looks over, letting his hands fall and straightening up.]

I am. What group?

[That... is totally not what he meant, but it's easy enough to decipher. Infiltration, then. He gestures to the backless chair nearby.] Sit down and bare your neck. I need to see it.

[She nods, a bit uncertainly, and sits stiffly on the chair before reaching around to brush the short, blue curls up away from her neck.]

[With the hair out of the way, John sets his fingers in place on the barcode, the same warmth spreading into her skin as he'd done for the others. Every now and then it might sting.]

[If it stings, she gives no indication of it; her face stays serious and closed-off.]

[Within a few minutes, John withdraws his fingers, having completed the process, and turns away to scribble out some notes.]

I can fight. I'm good with computers. I have a way to disguise myself well, too.

Whatever disguise you have won't be much good in there. [He slides a little cube towards her, tapping on the keyboard.] Place your finger on this and don't move it until a light flashes.

[She puts her finger on the keyboard and stays still.]

[the cube actually but it's okay After a moment, a light flashes, and an ID card pops out of a printer beside the monitor. He offers it out to her; amongst a number of random number combinations is a green bar and the words, "COMP TECH".] This card is your disguise. When you pin it on, you'll appear to be dressed as a computer technician to everyone in the organization. Your fingerprint will be added to the system, so you can use it to access any door with a green bar on the lock. Don't lose that card- you can't be moved into the facility without it.
