What: Modifying the barcodes of the kidnapping group, giving the infiltration group their disguises
When: Anytime between Bil's announcement and when the infiltration group leaves for the mission.
Where: The tunnels, a few rooms to the left of the entrance.

Stupid Bil. Catherine. Whatever he's calling himself these days. As if he hadn't already had enough work to do, what with this disaster of an internal takedown doing on, and there was even more Shift code to take care of... it was idiocy like this that made him leave the organization in the first place.
Well, better that he fix the errors than Bil's lackeys just put a bandaid over it, so if it must be done, it will be done. And that's what he's doing in the tunnels, in the section of his laboratory he'd opened up for the purpose of altering the limiter codes for outside of the barrier. Anyone who comes upon him will probably find him in a rather strange position; sitting in a hefty computer chair, the supporting piece bent backwards so far it looks like it's about to fall over. His hands are uplifted, gesturing into the empty air like he's sculpting something, though nothing is visible. A pot of tea will be brewing at all times, and packages of rice cakes are scattered over desks covered in papers, codes, and a few computers.
