So here's the floor plan of the upper floor of my (soon-to-be) new house:

I had thought about trying out both rooms, but that involves manhandling my ridiculously oversized king-size bed from room to room, on my own. I'm not sure I'm superwoman enough ;-)

Something is drawing me to the larger bedroom, just not sure what. Maybe it's the proximity to the loo!!

they forgot to put a door on the toilet. Open plan living at it's stinkiest :)

I think you'll find my toilet, being a LADY'S toilet, and in a house UNINHABITED by nasty mens, does not smell!

But yeah, that'll be the crappy floorplan. I really do wonder about this estate agent.

But given that one of the benefits of living alone means never having to close the bathroom door, I do wonder if the estate agent had me in mind when they drew the floorplan :-)
