Shoe-vember
On a whim 2 weeks ago I bought a pair of shoes from Miista, which I technically can't afford (since I'm still paying 2 mortgages). But I've been looking for funky brogues/shoes for ages and these were just amazing.

Generalised rage
I've been quite ragey the last few days. Weekend on a plate
So this weekend I mainly ate food & relaxed, as there was no training on Saturday and I needed a break.

Crisis (so far)
Two shifts down at Crisis, one to go. I wanted to write a bigger entry, but blimey I am knackered (two 5.30am starts will do that).
Just wanted to say, though, that it is brilliant as always. It's different, not being in Deptford Reach any more (the Deptford Centre is now at Lewisham College) but just as fun as ever. Love it. -
Greater London competition
So! Yesterday was the Greater London powerlifting open at my home gym. It was a loooong day, as they usually are - I weighed in at midday, lift-off was 2pm and we were finished just before 9.
