the great clothes purge of 2016
I read the book http://www.amazon.com/The-Life-Changing-Magic-Tidying-Decluttering/dp/1607747308 this week which was a really easy read. This lady sounded so cute and a bit nuts for tidying, but I understood her ways, I think. So I decided to start with my clothes situation yesterday around 3pm. ihop
I randomly wanted to go eat breakfast this morning so after some convincing Lucas and I went to IHOP down the street. I haven't been in years and they've really stepped up their game. it is Wednesday....
Working and being on my feet yesterday made me pretty tired after work today. I kept dosing off watching the Mindy Project with Lucas on the couch. In fact I never even changed out of my work clothes, still wearing them as I type this. Woke up round noon in the same funk. Lucas slept on the couch last night, came into bed at noon to wake me up and say good morning angel face. I made us breakfast and coffee, we had some conversation, now I'm feeling slightly better. My mom is coming over in an hour or so to give me some money for bills. It's 9:30. Woke up very sleepy and grumpy. I don't want to have another bad day..... I know it's all up to me to change my attitude about today. Thinking about this lame 5pm shift. Not looking forward to it, but it's $20 more on my paycheck. But I get to work with young girls. Ugh. Something about being on the schedule for PM shifts really irks me ( Read more... ) -
