I may talk more about this year's Worlds, but I just want to squee over the fact that the Ladies' podium was composed of underdogs. Even though Caro was on a roll this season, she was a wild card for so long that it's really awesome that she won. And she skated a clean program! So, I finally got around to watching this film...and because I didn't feel like waiting for the formal release on DVD, I went to the theater. - Learn all of the dances through Pre-Gold. Hopefully test them as well, but I'm kind of content with just learning them and then testing them after I move out to California.

Hurricane Irene has been downgraded to a Tropical Storm. But it's a "strong Tropical Storm".

Currently, we still have power. And cable. So we're still able to watch the endless news coverage.

I felt my room shaking from the wind last night. That was pretty freaky. Rochester was windy and noisy, but I never felt my room shaking. Then again, everything was made out of brick.

Work (if I'm able to go) is going to be interesting tomorrow.
