If An Inconvenient Truth wins the Academy Award for Best Documentary feature, then before the summer of 2007 ends, Al Gore will announce his plans to run for president of the United States in 2008.

Also, if he announces that he's assembling an exploratory committee, that's basically the same thing as saying he'll run.

I'm starting to really understand how to use Apple's Logic Pro 7.2 on my Mac Pro. It's got all kinds of programmable synthesizers in it, and I've been setting up some old school drum machine sounds (Linn Drum, DMX, etc.) on the ESX24 sampler. Last night, the Rhyming Polanskis has a mini-reunion on the Tulalip Reservation. It was just Nathan and I on acoustic guitars. Nathan played lead guitar in the band, and I played drums in the band.
