oh my god. i'm disgusted. i totally fucked up today.

i've been fasting for three days now, and so naturally, i'm starting to get really bad cravings (for really bad foods.)

i had coke.

and two oatmeal creme pies.

and two pieces of pizza.

( ew. kinda squicky stuff i need help with. )

yay! i've managed to stick with my liquid fast. (so far, anyways.) lots of diet coke (the carbonation makes me feel full) and one cup of chicken broth for dinner. and of course, gallons of water ( Read more... )
