I slacked off this week and only exercised twice. But I also fell off the roof (which isn't my reason for not working out - that was just pure laziness) so that will add a couple of pounds.

Hmm, I think I need to eat less too. Not that I eat that much to begin with but work boredom + someone have a stocked shelf of chocolate is not a good match. I actually prefer it when there's candy I don't like at work as I won't bother to eat it then.

Our D&D game was last night - these past few weeks due to work parties & holiday scheduling we had to keep moving it - one week Wednesday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday again. So of course this causes some confusion and sometimes you are just aren't certain which week is what night and some last minutes calls are in order to make sure people arrive ( Read more... )

One of the things that is enjoyable about starting over in a new campaign is watching how with the creation of a new character people's personalities will shift in order to act differently from the last one they just played. You know what's hysterical to see in a D&D game? A beholder bitching and whining as it's being destroyed by 2 spirit animals and 2 shape-shifters.

Yup, a bear, a wolverine and two peacocks took down a beholder in a fit of feathers, fur, and claws much to it's shock and disbelief.

The rest of us fought it's minions. Glad we were useful :)

My how time flies! It only took 2 years but seems we finally got around to playing Anya's How to Host a Murder game The Watersdown Affair.

Players included Willow, Buffy, Coach, Riley, Anya, BB, and two others. Once again there was yelling, name calling, and shouts of "Murderer!!". Thankfully her neighbors did not call the cops.
