Excitingly and slightly scarily I have succeeded in the selection process in work to be one of the new mini-team leaders for the department (basically our overall manager is leaving and his duties being divided up between 4 of us who will have a team of 6 people each).  This is more the sort of work I enjoy doing, e.g. more organising and people ( Read more... )
