The Wonderstuff performing their album Hup in Oxford on April 16th.  We're going anyway! Looks fantastic.

I've been going through my notebook and am typing up some creative writing exercises I have done fairly recently.  I'll post up the more readable ones when I get chance.  This one was just to 'write about a river'.  For me one river looms large and it's not the Thames, rather the river Usk which flows through South Wales.

Here's more (belatedly) from my Passengers poetry project.  As you'll see this was before the Credit Crunch, just before, but everything wasn't quite ideal on the commuter run.  There had just been dramatic floods, in that rather wet summer, and the whole mood was a bit subdued.  Pre-recession tension, perhaps.

Snowbound in Didcot, when I've been desperately hoping to get Wales, as my Dad is in Hospital.  His operation was meant to be yesterday, but it was postponed, because they needed the theatre for a more urgent operation.  Needless to say, this is stressful.
