I totally cared about the Joan Rivers thing. But I was too embarrassed to post the biggest comment I had, which was "What kind of job do you have that allows contact with Joan Rivers?" Because I feel like I should know that already. I don't know, I'm dumb.

It sounds like you're having a hard time, and I'm sorry to hear that. I wish I could do something besides think positive thoughts. But for what it's worth, I'm doing that, anyway.

I tolded you to go make new LJ friends--I get more comments cuz I have a bigger flist. And often I post shit and get nothing. This is the chronic disappointment of LJ. Though someone once theorized that comments don't signify whether readers care so much as whether there's an incompleteness that allows them to add something. Like look at these last two entries: you asked ppl responded.
