If you signed up, but did not receive your fic exchange assignment, please email lostsqueemods at gmail dot com right away. Also, if in some horrid mix-up, I assigned you something you specifically said that you will not write, let me know immediately so that I can disappear forever from the internetz before I have to deal with reassigning all 40 ( Read more... )

Thank you thank you thank you! I'm sorry it was so difficult. If you need a fill-in writer just say the word.

Oh well, that's how it goes. The fandom is interesting, you know? I'd be willing to bet that most fandoms don't have so many people who want het AND slash - and sometimes gen too, or who want three different pairings - whatever happened to OTPs? I do like it that the Lost fandom continues to march to a different drummer though.

I will certainly keep you in mind if we need pinch-hitters, thanks!

Aw, I rather like what I was assigned! It definitely isn't what I usually do but I think that's good. Why shouldn't we try to write a little out of our comfort zone? I think that's one of the reasons why we sign up for these things anyway (well, that and Christmas cheer)!

Thank you so much for doing this, and I hope you don't get a lot of moaning here since matching these up is obviously a lot of work.

Thanks for being willing to go with the flow. I hope the other folk who ended up a bit out of their comfort zone feel the same!

Thank you so much for organizing this! I can only imagine how difficult it was and I'm grateful for all the time, thought and care you've put into it.

Just one question: given the posting format being used for this year, I was wondering about what will happen to the lj e-mail notifications with our feedback, which I know is not the most pressing of questions at the moment. I should focus on plotting my story first, right?

Hee, yes E, focus on your story!

We'll just turn off the notifications when we post so no one gets them. Readers should still comment as usual, only the writer waits until after the reveal to reply to them.

Are you wondering whether or not you can get the notifications sent to your inbox? I think I can help. If you'd like to receive comment notifications for any post you should be able to scroll up to the top of the entry and push the little thumbtack button. It tracks the post so you get the comment notifications as well.

You, my dear lady, have the answer I was looking for. I think the track feature is the answer.

Thank you!
