You used none of your usual linguistic hijinks. I am not sure how I feel about that.

Dear MZA,

I was searching and searching for a baby picture I had or thought I did have, but cannot f'ing find fr th life of me... we were similar in photo style & appearance once upon, strikingly, I think, and wanted to prove it! one day I'll find it and share. Meantime, since I am working off my grandparent's old computer I came across this in my search of family lore, hidden god-knows-where in loose and unlabeled files:

"Subject: coincidents
Probability theory tells us that, given infinite opportunity
seemingly strange coincidences occur. Is that not so?"

My grandfather to my father, in 2005. I didn't mean to spy! I don't know why these files are still here. Am only looking for baby picture, sans lolling about with parents. & I was fatter. You'll see.

&:
Is that a table setting for Kevin? We have roses in our yard but I never though to decorate my cat's table with them.

haha th inner lives of parents are a great interest of mine

That is actually a table setting for a client of mine, a dog. My client's owner always puts little bits of art @ th dog's eye level. Currently, it's Santa Claus & roses, I don't know why

(:

this little ditty did make me think of you re: your recent time travel as documented in this entry.

Pickle is indifferent to art-- thank goodness because the last thing I need is a judgemental companion on the job, my own harshness is enough- but she goes nuts for music, loves a good dance, and I think takes great pleasure in the arrangement of her dishes.

&..... I am afraid ever to delve into parental inner lives. Tho my grandparents interest me most. Sometimes I am gifted with an insight that makes me think I'm wrong to fear, however. My mother recently told me that she and my dad are each other's best friends, and that was all that mattered.

i would like to know more about my folks, I would just prefer it didn't come from interrogating them, which is usually th only way new info comes to light

That's sweet about you mum + dad; it's probably true for my folks, too, but I doubt either of 'em'd ever put it that way
