went to Cedar City this weekend. It was good visiting with Charles and Barbara. They are so fun and have such a nice home. I was depressed to be home after such a nice example of resort living in your own home. It just highlighted the need to get rid of more stuff. Kethry asked me if we could have a yard sale. had one today. Scott had do everything and right at dinner hour after bringing home groceries. I am sensing a corrolation with this problem and the intensive burping I had at the same time as well as the puking. My water intake was down today and I tensed up a little which caused my back and atlas to get out of alignment. I'm finally feeling better ( Read more... )

Happy Birthday to Scott! my darling husband.  We are having tandoori chicken and indian fixings tonight with chocolate cake- no frosting. Yoy left a present for him yesterday. Saturday night Lucas woke up a few times. He seems to have had trouble breathing. I took him with me and all of us cdidn't get a whole lot of sleep. When morning came Lucas had a fever and a runny nose. Last night he slept better but woke up at 5:30. I tried to get more sleep on the couch, but that didnt' work so well. I have not forgotten that Fathers' day is coming up nor that Scott's birthday is soon as well. The kids and I will be shopping for Fathers day soon and the birthday present will be separate this year.  A party is still not decided.
