went to Cedar City this weekend. It was good visiting with Charles and Barbara. They are so fun and have such a nice home. I was depressed to be home after such a nice example of resort living in your own home. It just highlighted the need to get rid of more stuff. Kethry asked me if we could have a yard sale. I'm thinking more and more yes followed by donation to charity.

My Mom has been going to physical therapy for her neck finally. I hope it helps. It seems to help. Her problem is that she's been told what will help and she still won't do it even when reminded.
