Amazing! I just looked at the date and realized that I got married on this date (for the first time) thirty four years ago. Wow! He was an okay guy, no real angst there, but it died out after a few years and we went our separate ways. He actually worked for three years for my FWS and they were good friends. Today our grandson turns the whole advanced age of 7. Somehow, I think 7 is a great age although M.Gabe probably has a fair bit on his plate right now with all the angst his parents are going through. I do get myself severely puzzled by the antics of certain members of the human race some days. Last weekend we were invited to spend some time with the grandchildren and their parents on Sunday of Labour Day weekend. On Saturday, we got uninvited. I was really worried about that little kitten through all the heavy rain yesterday. However, last night the FWS went and thoroughly checked the area where the little cutie was and there was no sign of it. So Mommy did her duty and looked after the little one. My FWS just came in and took me to see a dilemma. It was very quiet until I got close and then I heard this tiny "mew". It's all of about two inches long, totally black with this teeny black little tail. It's oh so cute and I love it totally.
