"There should be a tow truck to pick you up arriving in about five minutes," Jared says finally. They've discussed food, movies, exes (Jensen might have been unreasonably excited to have it confirmed that, yes, both he and Jared are gay, which--stupid! Jared is his OnStar operator, not his blind date), favorite holidays, and sports. It's actually been--fun. Which, if you'd asked him yesterday, would not have been a word that came to mind to describe getting in a car crash.

"Well, thanks for staying on with me," says Jensen, and then wants to kick himself, because it's Jared's jobJared doesn't point that out, though. He just says, "Thanks for putting up with my probing questions and crazy ramblings

I was the one who originally requested the J2 On Star story and boy did you deliver. Thank you so much for writing it! I really like your choice in how you started the story, the idea of Jared's voice being a gentle one is unexpected and yet perfect for the opening line. Jared's voice is so many things, boisterous and energetic, but here you have it be a gentle concerned one in the dark. Wonderful
