Still no hot water. I went to the office today to complain, but they told me that they already knew about the problem and were working on it. Oh, and when I asked if they had any kind of idea how long it might be, the woman shrugged and said "I don't know". So, cold showers for the foreseeable future

The Black Hole. Not the Disney one from 1979. Apparently there was another one by that name, made in 2005.
