The fifth and sixth photos should be part of your card series! Please let Adrian know that I will keep his mother and he in my thoughts and prayers. I know he is very close to her. Dental work is so very expensive. I had a root canal and crown last year. My portion of the bill was about $2400! I am bowing to age, but do feel 28 or so when I don't look in the mirror:)

Those pictures may just make the cut.
My goodness: $2400!! 28 is a good age!

Thanks very much Neil from us both.
Sadly Rosemarie passed away last night.

Oh, no! I am so very, very sorry to hear this! Please give Adrian my condolences for his loss and extra hugs. Words are not adequate ....

I lost dad in February. I am taking care of my mother in Texas right now. It makes me so very aware of how precious time is ....

Lots of love!

Cheer up. You'll soon be basking on the beach in summery Sitgets with two of your favourite men to keep you company. Meanwhile, you have a lovely garden to look at--full of colour, texture and fragrance--and plenty of the creative inspiration that leads to gorgeous photos, particularly of flowers. And you still have your teeth!! If you had my decrepit and aching body to burden you down, I might say I commisserate. But, you don't, so I say enjoy life while the sun shines.

I am not sure if Sitges is going to happen now as Rosemarie passed away last night.

I feel decrepit enough! lol

I hope Adrian's mum improves.

I thought you were only just back from Italy - it must be longer ago than I thought!

I hear you about wishing to be young again. I've been feeling the same way recently.

Thank you Mark, but sadly she passed away last night.

I was in Italy 2 week-ends ago, but that doesn't count as a holiday.

It is weird how that feeling just crept in...

Oh, Franco. I'm really sorry to hear that. Please pass on my regards to Adrian when the time is right. I will be thinking of you guys.

I subsequently put two and two together and realised you must have been visiting your parents, rather than on holiday, as you were in Turin.

We're middle-aged, Franco!

About the aging thing... ummm... yeah...
I can soooo relate.

Lovely photos. Your garden looks lovely. Ours have done fairly well this year as well... ours just needs a touch of 'Englishness', lol!

All the best to Adrian's mom. Let's hope she continues to improve!
