Formerly Dark Lord Mandelson returns to the Cabinet, attempting to redeem himself. Said Cabinet is less than convinced. (Magic!AU, set during 2008. I'm planning on adding hints of both Mandelson/Osborne and Mandelson/Darling later, but for now it's gen.)

The original prompt has a hint of genius and a classic streak of nastiness:

So, don't read it if you don't want slightly violent hate!sex. Otherwise, please do - I spent long enough on it. ;)

Prompt: DCam convinces his wife to top him with a strap on. Puzzled, she complies. Then DCam thinks of Nick the whole time. Possibly with DCam crying afterwards about a love that can not be.
