I'm not bragging. I just want to record this for personal history... in case I ever forget to go to the gym or eat a load more treats than I really need... I've lost 26 pounds to date doing weight watchers and going to the gym. 2 times a week I do resistance training classes that mix in some weight training. My father in law is finally going to be in Bowling Green on Saturday. We're driving to Chicago early Saturday morning, to pack himself and his things, and driving back home that same night.

I used the eliptical machine and I love it! It's like running but without the knee pain! Incredible!
Update on weight loss= -5 lbs. Pretty cool!
We had a tornado alarm at work today because apparently a twister touched down in Franklin Tennessee... for those of you who would know this, Franklin is where Cool Springs Mall is located.

They built a gym at work:
And I totally joined it today. It's only $7 out of every pay period, which happens every two weeks... so I'm guessing around $20 a month. It's the cheapest gym that's been available to me since Western. It's really small-- but the equipment is all new and they have plasmas all along the front wall to watch while you do something with yourself.
