So of course, I had to stop at the Oregon Sand Dunes National Recreation Area. Turns out I'm rather happy I did, as the campgrounds around the Siltcoos Lagoon are very nice. Almost bordering on too nice, actually. Very well maintained and comfy ground for sleeping on (being sandy and all).

So I stayed the night at the Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park last night, which was nice. Would have been somewhat more exciting if the weather hadn't involved so much rain! I did manage to get a few shots of the campground before the downpour/darkness made it 'challenging'.

Those who want a more precise location can check latitude.
Playing around with an HDR app and it's not too shabby. There are a few quirks about it I'm not overly keen on, and it has some ui areas that could use a little love, but sometimes the pics turn out pretty. Like this one! Yes, this is a fork standing up in my hot cocoa.

Even better, this is the third shot I did, moving the phone for better
focus/lighting.

It is technically still drinkable, you just have to wait a little
after tipping the cup for the mass to creep to your lips.
