10 reasons today is a great day:

i. I just accepted my MA offer of admission. It's official, I'm going back to school in September. I've been informed that the profs will be fighting over who gets me as a TA.

ii. Geoff made a tuna sandwich for lunch today, which meant Gus got the tuna water. (This is a very rare occurrence, only the second time since we've had him.) We had fun

Yay, that is a lot of good things, especially the MA place and the job offer. Mooncat confirms that tuna water is Best Ever, and complains that she wants some, too.

Funny as it was to watch him sit there and debate whether he could drink any more, we put the rest in the fridge. So later today we have the fun of watching his delight all over again.

I'm excited for the MA. Now I just need to figure out what manuscript I want to edit as my thesis...

Yay! I am excited :) And the cooking went great! My first time cooking with/eating eggplant. It turned out deliciously wonderful.

Oh man, tapioca pudding. Sooooo good. And butterscotch, and chocolate, and vanilla... ok, I like pudding :P
