The overbundance of gushy comments and over-the-top compliments on Twitter is almost sickening. 

I have been anything but consistent on here. So different from a couple years ago when I was really involved with my writing group - which I recently rejoined. I need to get more involved again. Just - hopefully after the first of the year. December is too crazy right now ( Read more... )

Lately, I really don't feel like I have much to say. I miss posting on here but I usually reserve it for my writing thoughts. Truth is I haven't been writing - other than my journal. Word counts. I hate them. I love them. I need them? Maybe. Maybe not. But I'm thinking they do provide some sort of target and that's not necessarily a bad thing. I'm considering tipping my toes back into the murky waters of word count. I make no promises. I give only that I will try. I will try my best to do at LEAST 250 words a day - to start.  Thursday I finally go to the doctor. Hopefully we'll be able to figure some things out - like why I'm so tired all the time. I need to put my list in order - my list of questions for him.
