Since I was a slug yesterday, I rolled up my sleeves and started tackling the living room today. I moved a bookcase, tossed a bunch more stuff, and moved my papasan chair to where the bookcase had been. The room looks bigger, which was the point. Yay for more room! I used my Barnes & Noble gift certificate today to buy a The Best of Depeche Mode CD. I couldn't find any books or magazines that I wanted to buy*, and this caught my eye as I passed the music section. I'd almost forgotten how much I really like this group. Shiny!

I have in my hot little hands the new Loreena McKennitt CD, An Ancient Muse! Woo! It's playing (and loading onto iTunes) now. So far, I like it a lot! Lots of wonderful Middle Eastern rhythms.
