I had a couple of $5 Amazon gift certificates burning a hole in my pocket, and the new Loreena McKennitt CD came out today (which her label conveniently reminded me of in an email), so I just placed my order. I'm so excited! How many years has it been since she came out with a new CD? Too many. The last one was a live album. I can't wait!!!
I saw Loreena live at Berklee many years ago ('94? '95?) (some of you were there, as I recall), and it was a fabulous show. I'd go see her again in a heartbeat. I'd live on ramen noodles if I had to.
