Anyway, on to other things, like Doctor Who and fanfic, because I never talk about those. Ahem.

So mike went to the library yesterday while I was screwing around on the internets recovering and picked up some DVDs - including the recent releace of The Time Warrior.

I'm actually terrible at porn; I've written very little of it, so a whole month of daily porn drabbles (because I can't draw or 'shop to save my life) is very daunting.

Hey, why not do picowrimo--I am. It's only 5000 words, and you don't have to finish a story--and it can be anything. Some people do theses or essays.

Oh, the new DVD is well worth it - the special is very good, with interviews, and though it only has one commentary track, it's with Lis Sladen. The re-done effects are very nice too, and honestly I wouldn't watch it without them, as the originals are so bad they jar you out of the story.

picowrimo looks very tempting... mmm, we'll see how far along I am with my remixes by the time November starts.

It's very doable and all they care about is word count, which could include your remixes. :-)

"The Time Warrior" is actually the one Classic Who episode I don't hate the Sontarans in. If they'd just stopped with them there, I'd have been happy. :)

(My favorite non-Dalek monster? The Silurians. But I also have a soft spot for the Ice Warriors. :))
