never let Peter skip his nap if at all possible.

I mean, don't try to force him to lie down if he's going to scream and kick and wake up the other 11 kids in the room, but don't let him get cute and play while everyone else is sleeping, either.

Blech :-P
I hope it goes better today.
(BTW, they finally let Alex try underwear all day yesterday! He had a couple of accidents, but all after 4:30 pm. I think this has to do with their schedule and not paying attention when he asks. Grumble.)
We'll be going up tonight too.

yeah, the schedule for teachers and tracking gets confused after 4:30 when classes start getting combined and their sheets don't follow them.

Peter had a one-accident day Monday! :) He's still in pull-ups for nap, since sleep seems to be his signal to poop, but we're making progress, too.

Oh yeah. I get super-pissed when they have so much fun playing with Zoe that they don't let her sleep. Yes, I love that they lavish so much attention on my child, but they need to give her a freaking nap. 2 naps. Of at least an hour each.
