Not sure, probably is. He was basically asking for their advice on SARs. Which I felt was rather redundant, since if you follow the news, they've given out what they know (or at least that how it appears internationally), and the other part of it... I was just agitated cos it just seemed like proof that our system has produced people who don't even have the ability to think for themselves in the most basic way, much less others.
