thats is muh life no complaints.. I am glowing! My anxiety has reduced to almost nothing.. except when my hormones are out of whack. I am feeling lighter all over. I am happy!

my mother who has in the nicest way has told me she wishes I would have died when she had fallen down a flight of steps and landed on her belly a almost 7months pregnant.  has been amazing!... I am finding so much out about myself.  I am taking this dance class ( I am not very good I have no rythym) but it feels so freeing to just  leap and twirl and move around . John and I are doing better. I am not as frantic as I uuse to be .. I am learning to let it all go ... it feels amazing .. I feel very light!
