I love this story so much and as an avid comic book reader, this makes everything better :)

I was hoping someone would say they were into comics! Admittedly, I'm not a full out fan, but we studied the history/art of comics in my university English course, so I picked up a thing or two.
*If you're at all into Marvel's Golden Age, then it'd be cool to take note of the fact that original Superman was a lot more aggressive than the 'goody-goody' Superman you get into the later ages...says something about Zack's character ;)

Alex will eventually open up...in baby steps. I love Gabe's character, he's like my stress reliever :)

So I'm all caught up again, and oh my God, uhygtfvghj Jack's planning is impeccable, and it's really quite amazing how he can predict everyone's reactions (like with the fight with Zack and Rian) you just write this so well, and the plot has so much depth to it, and it's seriously amazing, the way you've planned the whole story really is admiring.
I love how the plot is thickening, and I'm really psyched to see how it's all going to play out, since Jack's got Alex right where he wants him.

Jack definitely has an affinity for people reading, it's all based on this theory of what exactly a 'genius' vs. a 'child prodigy' is. This story is actually separated into three plots that coincide with one another based on the typical model plot of a story...so sometimes planning makes me want to tear my hair out.
Ahaha, Jack always wants to be in control ;)

Oh my! the whole revelation of Gabe losing the bet was just fucking awesome :D They have such a bromance going on. I love it. I knew Jack wouldn't have let him win. He always wins. It was just perfectly written and you knew Jack had something up his sleeve to revel later on in the chapter. Just the way it unfolded in the 'Scene' was perfection.
"Saporta nods slowly, a flicker of recognition passing him. “Encantado, pleasure to meet you.”"I also assume there is more to that than first meets the eye. Hence Gabe's quietness. Does Gabe know Alex... does he know the bands past... Am I getting warm ( ... )
