This Old Navy commercial jingle for Bermuda shorts is quite possibly the most annoying theme song ever written. No, I won't wanna wear anything "forever." And now it's stuck in my head "forever."

In a little over a month it'll be the one-year anniversary of my surgery. And I don't even feel close to getting my life back. In fact, I don't have a clue where I belong anymore. It's been about three days since I've been able to get online. I felt like a cocaine addict going through withdrawls. I'm still in shock here. My parents told me a few hours ago that a very dear and long-time friend of mine passed away last week. They just now told me because they wanted me to enjoy my visit to Texas. But now I can't stop crying. He was in his 60's and had been battling leukemia for many years but it's still so sudden.
