I spent 3 hours just walking around the mall with my friends and it was amazing.

I love this city so much.

I also love this song, a lot.

I was coming back from shopping today and when I got off the Metro, a man petitioning for Greenpeace and some random guy were singing the U of M fight song.

It made me happy.

Lately, I feel like my life is in two parts, half the time half the time living one life in DC with certain friends and the rest of the time in RO with everyone else that I've known for forever. It seems like a very strange concept and I'm not sure what to make of it.

Some days, the concept of the real world seems like too much to deal with.

So I'm getting a pet fish on Friday, probably a beta fish, and I need a name for it.

Any suggestions?

So I finally figured out a New Years resolution:

I am never going to buy bottled water again. I bought a Brita pitcher at Target for my dorm today.

Kinda lame, but I feel like it's a worthwhile endeavor.
