I've been watching Elementary, and truly enjoying it. I think Joan Watson came in on a more equal footing with Sherlock than did classic book Watson - because she was placed in charge by the man who controls his finances. Money never seemed to be a problem for either book or Downey Sherlock.

Also... his tattoos! (and chest and arms, but mostly, tattoos!)

Ditto. Also the back&forth between Sherlock & Joan are HEEEElarious! At first, I thought the humour would be at Joan's expense but Lucy Liu plays caringly nonchalant so well you can tell by now she's letting him think he's winning. ;)

I'm extremely pleased with the way it's working out. Just please, please, PLEASE, writers and producers, DO NOT HEAD FOR ROMANCE!

I'm so happy with this show so far, and I think it's because of that back and forth. The more Joan comes to know Sherlock, the better she can participate in the tit-for-tat type thing. The third episode illustrated that beautifully with the squats scene.

I'm just curious as to how they're going to play it once the six weeks are up. There's a bunch of different ways they could go, and it'll be interesting to see what angle they end up working. My money's on some variation of relapse, but hey. I'm open to whatever. DEAR GOD JUST ANYTHING BUT RUINING THIS PERFECT BROMANCE WITH A ROMANTIC SUBPLOT

I have several backgrounds on Coulson because I'd prefer if Coulson stays partially mysterious. Such backgrounds include, but are not limited to:
a) wet works
b) wet works & really loving his job
c) android
d) manipulator of political intrigues for to benefit the glorious country of Kazakhstan Murica! his own damn self.
