I've discovered that my power here in the City is very limited compared to the "magic" and other technology that far surpasses what even I have from Section 9. Rune shop? ...I assume you mean that somehow these symbols can allow me to create fire at will. That, to my knowledge, violates the laws of thermodynamics...

But, I may as well try. This is a strange place, and whether it's a mind-fantasy or not -- Cobray convinced me once, though I have my doubts -- perhaps they will perform some function here.

As for number one, You're referring to healing magicks right? Lyra has the best idea, runes from the shop can be placed on hosts that aren't opposite to their natures. True magic of all sorts, however, isn't something I think many here can teach.

I'm referring to any kind of this magic. Healing, or what I believe is called 'elemental' magic, or...anything. Whatever I can learn to use.

Well... you can always see if you are compatable with a numerous number of styles as long as other citizens are able to teach it.
