My advice: Actually start keeping track of this shit. Every single year I have to fill out a medical history for work when we go shopping for medical insurance. It sucks. Although the allergy thing is stupid when he can just read it in your chart, although I'd rather them ask too many times than prescribe something I'm allergic to (as did happen to my coworker).

YES! WTF IS WITH THAT?!? Like the doctor asks you if you're allergic to something and you've friggen told them before. You don't remember the name of the damn antibiotic you're allergic to, but it should be on your friggen file. What is with that!?
